My latch 5 was working fine and suddenly stopped working. It’s just 5 months old. Batteries are fresh. Tried new batteries also.
No power. No fingerprint or keypad.
Did a reset but did not hear any beeps.
We have this same issue. We found there is a particular battery that is coming loose. It’s the second or third one. When we push on them the keypad starts working again but only for a few more opens and then come out again.
