Request new features and products.Latch 5 finger print lock newly installed, all working fine. After about two weeks, the keypad will no longer light up so you can use code access. Fingerprint reader working, and app lock/unlock is working although it is typical utec laggy response.
This my 3rd utec lock, first one failed (finger print reader no longer worked, so replaced it). Now this brand new lock is buggy. I have taken batteries out multiple times and the keypad will work once before it fails to light up and work subsequently. Any ideas? About to remove the two working utec’s and find another brand. Both working units have what appear to be firmware bugs.
