The lock constantly disconnects from the receiver. When I have a smart home with routing to lock all doors at a certain time, it’s very inconvenient to have to manually check it each time. I have other brand locks that work 100% of the time. These are absolutely terrible and unreliable. Would not purchase another product due to the unreliability of these two I have. Having to unplug and re-plug the receiver in almost every other day is ridiculous because the light on the receiver is red.
I have the same problem with 3 of my four locks. It is strange that the one working lock is the furtherest away from the router. All the locks are connected to Orbi routers (750 &850). Ine lock goes off line for a few minutes 4 or 5 times a day. Two of the locks have been off line for a couple of months as they are in another state. I am currently working with support and they seem to really try to solve my problems but no resolution yet
Same here. I have a new bridge, a replacement lock and a brand new router. It all appears to connect but never for long. It’s currently showing red for the nth time and I can’t be bothered to spend another 30 mins troubleshooting for it simply to drop the connection yet again.
And rather than “creating a ticket”, how about posting some public solutions? I suspect there are none…
