Disconnected locks

I’m having trouble with my locks staying connected. I work at a large church that has sufficient wireless access points and good WiFi. My locks seem to disconnect from time to time. I reset the locks and reconnect to WiFi. It’s usually 4-6 at a time. I got them all connected for the first time last night and when I woke up today I am back to 4 being disconnected. All different locks. What do I need to do to keep them connected at all time. I have 61 locks right now and have around 40 more locks to add.

To Sally and others in technical support – I am having the exact same problem, which is why I logged in today. It’s not helpful to others for you to reply to Caleb 2 with a private note to his account. If this is to be a community, Tech Support should share troubleshooting, known issues, and possible solutions with the entire U-Tec membership, in addition to replying to a user’s specific question. When you reply to my question, please put make it public for other users’ benefit. Thank you.

I too, am having communication issues with the automatic lock feature staying on and as we are away some times at another home I am always concern that the lock has unlocked itself. Not to mention of going through the process of re engaging the feature multiple times in a month.
This issue caused us to go to another lock supplier for our back door
Too bad I be really like some your multiple features.
