Recently we had experienced lack of communication remotely with the locks. We can’t create user or modify the existing ones.
We have 13 locks and same problem with all of them.
our location is in Mexico - Puerto Vallarta.
Is there something going on with the servers?
I’ve recently noticed none of my 5 locks are staying connected to wifi.
It almost seems like the signal strength from the lock has decreased since the last firmware update.
We basically can’t control any of the locks reliably unless someone is actually on site with a mobile device.
