I have 6 of these locks around the house. Have had them for 2.5 years, and invested over $1500 in the hardware. In the last 3 months all of them have started having these issues. No firmware updates available. Constantly taking apart and resetting. Multiple warranty exchanges - I’m starting to question the reliability of the brand and my choice of investment.
