I now have a brick attached to my door

I tried updating the bluetooth this morning (successfully I think), and the unit is now unresponsive. I tried replacing the batteries, and pressing the reset button.
I no longer get any beeps or lights from the unit.

I had the same issue with my first lock. It was working fine until I updated the firmware. I returned and replaced but have never updated the firmware on the new ones I purchased as I am afraid the same thing will happen. Anyone else have this issue?
