Firmware update is not loading. I just signed up for the beta and have a firmware update pending but am receiving the screenshot attached. Any ideas?

I got the same error but kept trying to update the firmware and it finally work. Keep trying, make sure you’re connected to WiFi and it will work.

had this issue also. My lock is a bit far from the wifi AP so might have been the issue. I positioned my phone with the app about midway between wifi AP and the lock and it did work then but it was after a few tries so not sure whether positioning made a difference or whether it was just persistence and luck.
