I can't pair UL1 with bridge

After pair bridge with the UL1, both options icons greens are good. When I click the Next button the app UTec just show a loading message and after that shows operation failed message. I’ve tried with 3 Android cellphones, the app does the same in 3 devices ¿how can I solve it?

I am having the same issue but with my U-Bolt. Wifi and Bluetooth signals are strong but “operation failed”. Tried resetting, powering off, re-installing, ect.
