We have a newly-installed U-Bolt Pro WiFi on our church door. One of our building users is having trouble opening the door. The log file shows icons that appear to be fingerprints. Does this mean that the user is entering their code and then pressing the fingerprint sensor instead of the ULTRALOQ button?
