I would like to disable the keypad since my ultraloq pro is with a keypad intermittent problem. The number 5 on the keypad is automatically pressed sometimes, i think is some electrical problem on the chip.
Since the fingerprint is working normally then I need to disable only the keypad.
My ultraloq has 1 year more
Sorry, I have consulted the engineer but the answer is ‘no’. Our locks couldn’t support this but we will keep looking into it.
The locker has the lock mode (normal and lockout). Can you add one more to disable only the numpad and keep the fingerprint active?
