I have seen a couple of posts about it but no answers. Does someone know why the ghost fingerprint unlocking happens? It woke us up in the middle of the night, we thought someone was trying to get in, we almost had a heart attack over it. I checked the app and the lock attempted by itself to unlock through fingerprint repeatedly.
This is a major flaw and very dangerous.

Recently had the same issue and scared everyone in the house at 3am. One night it sounded like the buttons were being pushed and another night I woke up to an alert the fingerprint failed several attempts. Checked my cameras like crazy!!!please explain

This has been happening to me now for multiple NIGHTS. Never in daylight hours…3,4 AM. I believe being hacked from over seas. Heard its thru ALexia connection. I am taking NO chances… these locks ARE GONE.I believe these are remote hack attempts. I am changing my locks in AM and trashing these,
update: YES I CHANGED ALL LOCKS and got rid of bridge…I STILL believe I was being hacked as it’s scary when the door opens at 3AM…Which happens to be daylight overseas. Yeah no, I prefer control of my locks, thank you. Mr. Smith & Mr. Wesson also help out when needed.
