Yes it will still operate normal with password or fingerprint . but the WiFi lock and unlocking will not work
But if you have your wifi on ups even wifi should still work unless the outage is big enough to shut down infrastructure outside your premises.
The other two replies covered your ask. As an additional FYI: note auto locking or programmatic lock/unlock periods you’ve set up will continue to function. No voice control. Again, no app control but they keypad and fingerprint reader work.
