Fingerprint not working batteries are charged

I’m not sure, if this is where to submit this but my lock has not been responding to finger images even after changing the batteries. My bring was blinking a funny color light and I disconnected and the reconnected it. I really think it’s crazy that this company doesn’t have a phone number in the US that you can reach them except for groups and emails.
