Constant Notifications - “locked / unlocked manually”

Issues with U-Bolt WiFi.
App shows it is on the Latest Firmware - 01.41.0023

Issue 1
I’ve been experiencing recurring notifications like “door is unlocked manually” and “door is locked manually” every 1 minute, lasting for about a day pr two at a time.
Replacing the batteries and WiFi reset temporarily fixes the problem for a few days or a week, but the cycle repeats. Any suggestions on how to resolve this? I have recently replaced all my WiFi to work on 2.4Ghz only and after a while this issue came back again.

Issue 2
When this issue occurs, I can still remotely check the battery status, Wi-Fi connections, and other settings, but time to time I cannot lock or unlock the door remotely. The app indicates it’s functioning, yet live CCTV footage shows the lock is unresponsive. Auto lock function sometimes also disables itself. This poses a significant security breach and undermines the purpose of using this lock.
