Can't update firmware on U Bolt pro wifi

I just got one of these locks, have installed it, but the app is telling me there’s an update for the lock. (Android 13)

I’ve tried multiple times now to perform this update but it just sits on 0%. Never doing anything.

Same issue for my brand-new lock. I just sent in a support ticket. Everything else is working great. Did you ever get this fixed?
