App sent firmware update for a U-Bolt WiFi rather than U-Bolt Pro to my lock and now none of the inputs work

I used the app to perform a firmware update on my U-Bolt Pro, it pushed 02.26.0021, and now my lock thinks it is a U-Bolt WiFi and none of the buttons, or the thumbprint scanner or the factory reset button work. How can I factory reset the lock that your software broke?
