I emailed them about this just this morning after getting a response of just wait till the next update to see if it will fix it, that was from someone named Logan
@Ultraloq The absolute worse company you could ever spend on a deadbolt. 
Andrew from Cust Service (or lack of) is so rude nobody would believe it.

Seriously! We have 3 units with the locks, plus my home. The app wiped out the profiles, finally able to fix one and our AirBnB guest walked into the wrong unit with her PIN code. Could get us kicked off the ABB platform. Contacted customer service, zero help and they stopped replying. Total failure.
