I am able to change the amount of time it takes to lock again. I have mine set at 15 seconds.
So has the firmware update been pushed, have the same issue, door locks immediately after opening even with auto lock disabled. Installed my lock yesterday, f/w 01.22.0023. Seems to be a huge thing to get by QA. It’s concerning to me this seems to have been going on since 8/2!!
The issue with the lock locking for no apparent reason shortly after I open it has been resolved on my lock. I assume the latest firmware update fixed the issue.
My lock’s firmware is 01.26.0023
My U-TEC app version is V1.12.4
The lock is the U-Bolt Pro WiFi
I confirm this is now fixed for my lock via a firmware upgrade
However, the app says 01.26.0023 is the latest. Which version has the fix? Thank you.
