Bridge not working

Had mine for 2 years now and it NEVER works properly. This thing is a POS for sure. They even did a warranty replacement already. Eats batteries, jams frequently, bridge NEVER connects when I need it to. Pretty useless as a smart door lock. But it does lock and unlock directly from the key pad
