Bolt fingerprint homekit no power

I recently replaced my bolt pro with bolt fingerprint and notice sometimes my new bolt would not have any response on keypad. Pressing buttons and finger print sensor shows no sign of power. Only way to get things working again is removing all the batteries and it comes back to life. Anyone else have this issue? It doesn’t happen all the time but I did this like 2 or 3 times.

i just installed mine yesterday and it already happened this morning to me too! anything i can do to fix that?

also, i have tried at least 10 times to add the lock to homekit but no luck so far! any tips?
it gets stuck on “connecting to device” everytime after reading the homekit QR code.

Have the same problem with Bolt fingerprint homekit, won’t work. I tried to add it and get an error can’t add the accessory.
