I’ve had to replace my batteries twice in the past 3 week. I use the U-tec Ultra Lithium Batteries. Do we know the cause of this? The lock’s firmware has been updated. Batteries are very expensive. I need a fix ASAP.

Not sure which lock model you are noting the early battery depletion on, but the Lever locks do have a known issue with batteries draining entirely too quickly. Contact support and have them send you a replacement unit.
