Alexa routines have stopped working.
I am quite tech savvy and run a smart home.
I have removed and re added the locks from the u-tec app and Alexa. I have also removed the routines and skill.
I set up the locks, Alexa skill and routines to no avail.
The U-tec app works seamlessly.
I feel the issue lies with the Amazon skill/API.
For about 4 months when I first got the locks, the skill/routine also worked seamlessly.
The issue started early August.
Has anyone been able to restore their Alexa routines?
