So I had was firmware version 01.2x but the app keeps telling me I need firmware 01.46 but it kept failing so called support and told latest is 01.42 and they updated it to that remotely. So I check again and app still says I need 01.46 so I go ahead and let app try again and this time it updates. They need to fix firmware or provide us an option to upgrade in steps because it will not update directly from 01.2x to 01.46.0029. Support also is not trained well because they think 01.42 is latest version when it is not.
The app designers need to fix firmware updating and allow to do it incrementally so the firmware can actually update! Incremental updates has to be done in a lot of firmware updates including server hardware like Dell PERC RAID controllers often you have to do incremental updates so the app developers need to fix there firmware updates!
