Unable to connect to wifi since update

Pro wifi worked fine before the update to the app. Now just keeps saying it can’t connect to wifi. Using this for our rental property and may have to return it.

Your wifi connection may be down. Can you try to reconfigure the wifi or put the router closer to the lock?

The wifi connection has not been down at all. Been using for work. No other devices have had this problem. Only started after the app update. Your other support person has suggested a factory reset. That’s my last resort I suppose.
