ULTRALOQ Latch 5 Screen is Blank - Device works with App

Screen is blank, but I’m able to work it from the app. Touching screen does not work - stays black and doesn’t recognize that it’s being touched for the code. Fingerprint sensor recognizes being touched.

How do I fix this?

We had this problem and it turned out that the issue was the batteries coming loose because door was getting slammed. We pushed against battery cover and lock would come to life again. We stopped slamming door and issue went away.

We are having the same issue with several of our Ultraloq Latch 5. . . what do we need to do to resolve this issue?

@Anissa Please make sure the wifi connection is in good condition and then go to the setting page to update the lock firmware to V1.40, this shall help to fix this issue. Thank you!
