UL3 Standalone Admin Code

I need help. I just bought the UL3 and was hoping for a happy experience but I could not connect the lock to the app no matter all the various things I’ve tried. I know people are having a lot of issues with the App lately. So I thought ok, for now I’ll go with Standalone mode. However, whenever I start the setup (and I’ve reset many times) I’m never prompted to set up the Admin/Owner code. Whenever I first start off, the first screen just says “enter 4-8 digits”.

Can someone please let me know how I can set up the Admin code? Thank you!

Having the same issue. Except i can type in an admin code through the device, but the app doesnt recogize it. I cant edit the owners passcode or fingerprint thru the app at all. Everytime i try to add or change something i get “admin login failed” ive reset the device multiple times in addition to deleting and adding back the device on tbe app. The only way i can add any8ne is thru the device menu itself.
