My handle was loose, so i had taken off one handle to tighten it. Once I put the handle back on everytbkng worked except for when i shit the door and pull the handle up to lock the Autobolt. Ot worked perfectly fine till i took off the handle and put it back on. It is communicating, because i see the blue light flashing on the Autobolt.
The autobolt unlocks if you manually lock it and then unlock the door from bith theboutside and inside, you just can no longer lock the Autobolt when you are outside using the handle anymore.
Please help, my door needs to be locked and we purchased this so that my son’s nurses can come and go. I called the phone number for support, but no one answered so i left a message. Thank you.
