U-Bolt Z-Wave Deadbolt Not Communicating via Z-Wave

I installed the U-Bolt Z-Wave Smart Deadbolt two days ago and successfully paired it with my 2GIG GC2 hub via Z-Wave. Since yesterday, the hub has stopped communicating with the deadbolt, although no errors appear in the hub’s Z-Wave services.

The deadbolt still works with the passcode and U Home app, but I cannot lock or unlock it via Z-Wave using my smart home app. The U Home app displays the Z-Wave control status as “Unknown”. I have tried troubleshooting steps, but I am unable to remove or re-pair the deadbolt with the 2GIG GC2 hub through the app.

Hi, the same problem for me, Status: Unknown in the app and no communication anymore with Home Assistant.
Without the possibility to remove the device from Zwave network because the menu doesn’t work in the app.
