I have two U-bolt pro locks on my doors and every night they automatically unlock. I have one door where this is the only lock securing the door. I’m not feeling very secure if it auto unlocks every night. Is there a fix for this?
You have discovered a known, persistent problem that U-tec is apparently unable to fix. It happens to me too, and quite a few others if you check previous community posts.
There was a firmware update in the last 24 hours that I thought might fix this, but it hasn’t. My own door lock just magically opened, apparently by my own phone’s command, while I was inside the house and my phone lying on a desk in a different room.
Thanks. I disabled the Auto Unlock and it did not unlock last night so I’m assuming that’s the issue. Appreciate the response.
