The app won't go on my phone

I have a new deadlock and the app won’t go on, I try and login and it says “loading”. What should I do?

@Dominique, I purchased a lock earlier this month and it’s to be delivered today. I downloaded an app to get a jumpstart on getting logged in and found myself in the same situation. As a result, I called customer service earlier this morning. The agent asked what phone I have, Samsung Galaxy s22, and she informed me that they have an update they are hoping to send out today. It should resolve our issue. :crossed_fingers:
