App Unresponsive

Recently have been unable to view log, add users, reactivate or delete users. It times out and fails to function.

Hi Greg6, did you just purchase the lock? If so, return ASAP before they tell you it’s out of the return window. The locks are FLAWED and they will offer you 10% off another FLAWED lock. Very strange business practice here

In the past I had this occur as well. If I just kept trying it would eventually go through.

In my lock, following a firmware update I found that messages (except local log reports which just do not work) do go through without timeouts most of the time, Not very fast though. It takes quite few seconds for it to connect.
