Stopped working after a year

Loved it til it stopped working after 6 months and can’t find support to assist.

Same here, worked for 4 months then started draining the batteries within two days. I followed all the steps online to factory reset but it actually won’t reset the device and all codes and fingerprints still function when the batteries are charged.

I’m being forced to use this as a “dumb” lock now. If I can’t get a solution in the next few days I’ll be uninstalling and given the very poor customer support I’ve received this past year, will ensure that I review this product at all major points of purchase.

Enough is enough. This product should not be on the market.
