I have had intermittent issues with the app not able to connect remotely. It worked after the app update for a few days and stopped working again. Really frustrated as i live 4 hours away from the property and cannot generate passcodes for guesrs

There is a possibility that your lock or bridge is not connecting steadily with the internet.
Could you please share your lock with me temporarily to take a look.
My one also stop working, and notification still not receiving.
