Still … not able to connect remotely to my lock … it used to connect occasionally now not ever with new version. From the comments in the Community I’m not the only one, Is anything being done to address this and an ETA for a fix?

Hello Carrie. I have the same issue. I travel alot and was originally able to connect to my lock remotely and change the settings while I was away. I am unable to do that now. I have two locks and bridges for both. Do they need an upgrade? Can I do that myself?
