Registration Error, second user app

Installed UL3 2nd Gen and setup app in my Samsung - works fine. Setup wife as user and send email invite, she loads app, goes to device list and it scans and finds the UL3, touch it and immediately get Registration Error. Have logged out and back in, deleted app and reinstalled, reset device, deleted device and started over - always get Registration Error on her Apple phone app.

@Carl4 @Maria3 We are so sorry for this inconvenience caused for you. For the shared locks, the shared user can find it in the shared address/location. It needn’t to be added to the shared user’s account again. I hope this will be helpful.

thanks for your reply, I have the request open 214487, my lock would have a problem with registration on the platform. Thanks
