Registration error on new lock

I submitted a support ticket last week but haven’t heard anything back. I purchased a new ubolt pro from the official uteq store but can’t add it in my app. I get “registration error.” None of the steps in the article for this work. i’m guessing they sold me a refurb unit that’s still assigned to the previous owner. Any fixes I can do to force it to work or is it just going to have to sit in a closet until i eventually hear back?

Justin, did you get resolution? I’m having the same isaue. It won’t get past creating the admin password and tells me to reset the lock. That’s where it never responded to any reset requests. I’ve tried pulling the batteries and the connector. Unfortunately I uninstalled the app thinking that would help and that’s when i ran into the issue. My lock is out of warranty, so they weren’t any help once that was determined.
