App will not connect to Ubolt Pro

Just got the Ubolt Pro and set it up with no problems. 15 minutes or so later the app can no longer detect my device. I have tried logging out and back in with no luck. When I go to add device my lock shows up there and when I try to connect it says this device is already registered to my account. Any suggestions?

Having the same problem and haven’t been able to figure out a fix. Planning to call tomorrow. Have you figured it out yet?

No solution yet. Reading other people’s posts it seems like we are not alone and it may be related to the latest app update

There has been a server issue for an hour, it has been restored to normal already.
The phononema is can not find the device or the device name is disappearing.

This remains a problem. Resetting the device does not help. It does not appear in my account yet it will not accept my info to set codes etc because it returns a response if “already registered.” Help!
