I am a tech guy, personnally i do not need an open API . i suppose this is very useful for some business management occasions. if a hotel system can integrate these locks, this will help their sales.
Yes, Yes, Yes. Open the API and go to all their PMS (Property Management Software or System) software vendors. It’d allow us lodging properties to set/activate/deactivate codes and times directly from our PMS. Would save me so much time for my 12 locks at my motel. It’d help you sell so many locks as well to Airbnbs, small lodging properties and large properties as well.
plus normal home owners who like to automate things, Door opens light turns on ect thru automation in home assistant, Another thing for airbnb and hotels could integrate aswell if they wanted to be tech savy places
