Newest app update for iphone V3.5.1 is not connecting to locks or having them refresh. Only way to connect to my locks is deleting and reinstalling app over and over

After a forced app update for UHome none of my 10 locks will refresh on my iphone. Typically I would open the app, go into one of the lock interfaces and wait for it to reload or refresh. It would show that it was locked and that the door was closed. Then it would refresh so I would know it was now showing current info and that I was connected to it. I would then be able to add or remove codes, check battery status, etc. Now when I go into each lock interface it just stays the same. It does not refresh and the locks never reconnect to my iphone. I called customer support a couple days ago just to be told to delete and reinstall the app. I did that and it worked for moment. Then, it goes back to doing the same thing where the locks do not refresh or reconnect to my phone. I deleted and reinstalled the app again today with the exact same results. YOU NEED TO CHECK THIS!!! I have been using these locks for years and as some of your UHome updates have been nice this has seriously affected my business as I cannot program or delete anything unless I delete and reinstall the app several times a day. RIDICULOUS!!! Please come up with a patch and get this fixed. It was working great for a very long time and then its been pretty spotty after the last update and HORRIBLE on this most recent V3.5.1 update. PLEASE GET THIS PATCHED OR ROLL BACK THIS UPDATE PLEASE!!!
