App Disconnection

I am having trouble with the u home app. My iPhone pulls up my locks but they are all saying disconnected. On the air they are all fine. I also have an iPad that now does not pull anything up at all. The screen just freezes. When I try adding a new device, it says make sure my Bluetooth is on. It is on. I have around 60 locks. I have a coworker that has android and everything is working perfectly fine on their device. I have deleted the apps off my phone and iPad multiple times. Checked for updates and logged in at out of the app. Nothing is changing. Is there anything I can do to fix this issue? Just started about a week or two ago.

I am having the same issue. All 3 of my coworkers are not able to access the app at all. It will freeze and shut off. We have tried to reset, update, and reinstall the app. Is something down?

@Facility @Owner We have just released the V3.2.10 U home APP for iOS; please update to this latest version and check whether the bug can be fixed successfully. Thanks!
