My U-bolt WiFi is disconnected in the app

What can I do if my device is disconnected in the app and I’m in another place? Help me please!!!

@Fernando2 We are so sorry for this inconvenience caused for you. Would you please ask someone who is at the location of the lock to help to reinstall the battery for the lock? This method will help to rebuild the wifi connection. I hope this will be helpful. Thank you!

I have had this happen a couple of times and i panicked but then i closed the app and reopened it and both times, it reconnected. In my case, it seems it was my phone having issues, not the lock.
