my lever lock all of a sudden stopped working from the outside. from inside it opens the door.

Same here, please help!! the only way to open from outside is with the key, neither fingerprint, nor code, or passage mode work… allready did a factory reset but did not help

My door suddenly stopped working from the outside. I put the correct code in (green lights) but the handle does not open the door. What can I do to get this working?

My lever is not working from the outside suddenly. The fingerprint works but it wont open. It will not even open on bypass. If i open the door and them unlock i would have to rotate the handle up instead of down and it works. But that’s impossible to do when the door is closed. This just started happening otherwise it was working fine for years

I have the same issue, the support refused to provide a replacement.

Can you guys please share what the actual problem is? Mechanical or electronic?
