My lock completely stopped working. Ive changed to multiple different brands of barteries but it wont turn on. Anyone else have this problem? I dont even know who to contact about it.

Mine allowed me to enter code but even tho it said “door is open” it did not trigger the mechanism to open. After changing batteries to no avail, I sprayed some WD-40 and it is working now.
I completely uninstalled from the app, then added it back like new.
It worked fine after that
