Lock status Becomes incorrect in the app

When the lock is actually locked, the app says that the lock is in an unlocked status. Using the app, I quickly unlock and lock it again. The lock will be unlocked and the app will say that it’s unlocked. When the lock automatically locks, the app still says it’s unlocked.

is the app set to allow background refresh? The status in the app (generally) is coming from the Utec servers, not directly from the lock (unless you are connected to the lock via bluetooth.
