Lock is bricked with light on

Had a lot issues since I bought this in November with this lock. Auto lock messed up many times.
Now the lock no longer connects and is red and front pad stopped working.
removed device
signed out signed in
cannot find device
there is no way to contact support with this issue because it is not listed in the drop down menus.
Definitely way to much time I spend on this - what is now just a key lock.
