Inaccurate Logs on Android

I installed 2 Ultraloq Ubolt Wifi on my airbnb and I’ve noticed that the logs are inaccurate. I set different codes for different airbnb guest, my handyman, and cleaning lady and each time they enter their separate code it just shows manually unlocked. Sometimes it will show up with the person’s name but rarely. Is this a known issue or am I not setting this up correctly.
