First of all, thanks in advance for your help.
Since two years, I had succesfully connected three Ultraloq U-Bolt Pro locks with the Smartthing app on my Samsung Smartphone. Everythink worked flawlessly.
A week ago, the connection “broke”. I was asked to connect again smartthings to the U-tech platform what I did. But, since that moment I couldn’t see the three devices on the app. When I try to add the devices, no device appears.
Can you help me?
