I cannot locate the reset needle

My ultra pro quit working. Trying to reset it but can’t find the reset needle. I tried a thin needle. I tried a thin tine of a hair comb. I tried a point of a pin tack. All were able to enter the reset orifice (thanks for putting it there I mean really it’s the best place ever). The bolt was in closed mode. But nothing happens. How fu#ked am I?
