Moved into new house and can't connect/reset to previously installed ultraloq pro. Can't contact previous owners. Help!

I need help figuring out how reset/ connect to a ultraloq that I inherited in my new house. I can’t contact the owners to have them delete off their account like the website says. There has to be a way to reset it so I can use it. Any advice?
